Cadiz Love Boats

Thursday, July 2nd, 2009

If there is one thing that should represent Cadiz travel it would be ‘A boat’. Yes, I found my love for boating in this Spanish place. I love Spain since the very day I knew history and travel. The sunshine and the warm weather is what I dreamt of. A dream that I thought would never come true.

cadiz boatsThen chances are I kept Spain right at my heart and worked to be able to see the very country that caught my ideals of a place. A month of Spain was never enough. I drifted, loved, tasted and toured Spain’s city.

Yet, it was Cadiz that captures my heart. Cadiz Carnival is also a joy to enjoy. This time enjoy a day of satirical songs, creative, colorful and amusing characters. Cadiz Carnival copied this celebration from the carnival of Venice. The groups that awaited you in this carnival are: Chirigotas, a group that mixed humor with political and current events issues; Choirs, the human voice is the most perfect instrument and it is proven by this group; Comparsas, offers the serious side of life a little bit of music expression; Romanceros, is what I enjoy most and has a very personal approach, they are singers roaming the streets to entertain guest.

I spend most of my time here I Cadiz. The town is so unassuming and got a friendly atmosphere that any tourist can enjoy. Narrow alleys give the impression of coziness and warm atmosphere. The building spoke of its pasts; there are good structures to see if you wanted to.

But then Cadiz Bay is my first love. The boats that float around in this area is seems to be made for lovers and more tours. Ask one and tour the area to grasp and see another side of Cadiz. You can even choose your colors.

The air, atmosphere, food and people ion this area just welcomes tourist as if they are families.
